TR100 WALL PARTITION SYSTEM
The wall system has a self-supporting structure consisting of vertical elements (uprights) and horizontal elements (lower and upper channel transverse), made of galvanized steel sheeting, firmly fixed to each other. The main characteristic that distinguishes the system, is the presence on the head of the uprights of a system of spring thrust, placed on top of the uprights, which allows the safe positioning and installation of the wall without the use of screws for fixing to the floor and the pavement. This system allows to avoid, in case of disassembly of the same, the recovery of ruined parts, because of the holes. So we can say that the wall system TR100 is really "movable". In more detail the structure can be divided as follows:
Perimeter channels lower and upper, are made of steel sheeting prepainted by 8/10, preformed in the shape of "U", with section of dim. 57 x 40 mm, epoxy painted, and have, on 3 sides, fire resistant soft seal which tightly insulates environments on both sides of the wall. Inside the perimeter profiles electrical systems can be inserted either through the inclusion of both a PVC profile, which allows the separation of electrical cables from data cables, or through corrugated pipes of suitable cross-section.
Vertical Upright, made of galvanized steel sheeting 20/10, formed in a "C" shape, with section dim. 55 x 35 mm. On the two short sides along the entire length, a gasket similar to that supplied to the outer profiles is attached, so that the closure of the trim panel on the riser is completely air tight.. Inside the column there is a mechanical system for locking the rod hooks of the solid or glazed covering panels.
Horizontal beam, made of galvanized steel sheeting, 15/10, formed in the shape of "C" section 54,5x24,5mm; the two front sides are equipped with self-extinguishing soft seal for tightness, while the heads are designed for screw mounting. These bars are not anchored to the uprights but connected in a series between them with the interposition of the upright. In this way the upright is not compressed and stretched, a requirement that creates a continuity of high resistance of the crosspieces to the horizontal thrusts that may be attached to the wall . Where it is not possible to fix the uprights to the ceiling with the jacks, as in the case of suspended ceilings, the beams are fixed sideways to the wall creating a stable structure all the same.
Wainscoting : (optional depending on the project e.g in the need for ventilation grills, etc . ) made from two facing fronts of 20mm thick, in melamine or natural wood. The materials used ensure that they belong to the E1 class guaranteeing low formaldehyde emission. They are fixed to the metal structure with a release system , and therefore , in case of need , they can be inspected . In situations where it is necessary to create an air flow , the plinth is made of folded sheeting metal and painted in epoxy with high abrasion resistance , there are slots or drills of a suitable scale, based on the volume of air required.
Cladding panel, consists of facing panels 20 mm thick , made of melamine or natural wood . The materials used ensure that they belong to class E1 so guaranteeing a low formaldehyde emission. The metal plates are applied to the inner face of the panels , used for the attachment of the same to the vertical upright . In the cavity of 60mm created between the two panels , rock wool slabs can be inserted, of the thickness and density necessary to reach the values of isolation required by the client , creating , in addition, an effective barrier to fire . Sheets of lead or galvanized steel sheeting can be placed between the slabs of rock wool to achieve the highest values of insulation and sound absorption.
Glazed panels, made from a pair of frames of extruded aluminum, bent, cut and assembled so as to provide a frame that allows the housing of tempered 5mm glass. On the same frame hook locations are realized to fasten the vertical upright.
Door module: It can be hinged or sliding , solid or glass . It consists of an frame fixed externally( case ) , fixed to the uprights of the structure , and a solid or glass door. The profiles of the " case " and the door are made of extruded aluminum or metal sheeting bent and painted with epoxy powder . they are free from sharp edges as required by hygiene and safety in the workplace regulations.
The modules can be distinguished by type, (plain, glazed or plain glazed ), or on the base of the height of the dividing line between the module itself and the upper paneling, called the upper run, giving three module categories:
